Alright, I need to actually make a post for Alucard too, so here we go.

Alucard HAS to be a hybrid because part of his whole deal is being half human, half vampire. Tbh I picked Nightwing/Rainwing hybrid for totally selfish reasons because that's just what I want him to be, but. I feel like it kinda works in a way?

I definitely want him to be Nightwing passing with camouflage scales. I think that kinda fits with his shapeshifting abilities from the show...turning into a wolf, bats, y'know. All that good stuff.

For his backstory I'm a little bit stuck with how to get it into the WoF universe...maybe I'll keep it a bit vague. I was going in with the idea of him being raised as a Nightwing since he's Nightwing passing, so I'll probably keep that. I think his parents hooked up, his dad (the Nightwing) maybe left the tribe to be with his mom and they kinda lived on their own for a while. In the present, Alucard's mom is dead and his father is missing...I'm not sure about the circumstances though. And maybe before shit went down, they left Alucard with a Nightwing friend so he'd be raised safely in his tribe. I might need to think on this a bit more though. The whole living situation of Nightwings being with Rainwings is probably gonna be pretty awkward for him (thumbsup)

Names I'm considering...maybe Nightfall or Nightwalker.

Anyway, I'm excited to be playing him as an actual shitty teen here. Please hit me up with any ideas or anything at all!! :>

Nightwing/Rainwing is actually a surprisingly plausible combo. Not sure how much of the books you've read, so I apologize if I'm saying things you already know:

in the first arc, the Nightwings' ultimate goal was to steal the rainforest from the Rainwings since their volcano home was really, really bad. They were capturing rainwings to study them and moving in and out of the forest with animus enchanted tunnels. It's totally reasonable to have Dracula be bitter and resentful as usual through how bad the tribe had it and then being convinced to see the rest of the world by a Rainwing who had more fight in her than he expected.

And maybe Lisa was killed by the experiments like so many others, oops

And hey, if anyone from his tribe gets jealous of camo scales or better diet from the forest, he'd have that much in common with Moonwatcher!

Oohhhh that's a good point!! I've read all the books but tbh I'm pretty hazy on a lot of the stuff from the original series...I remembered the experiments, but I forgot all about them wanting to actually steal the forest and everything too :') Him having some things in common with Moonwatcher would be cute though c:

And god, Lisa being killed in the experiments would work out for this though, huh.... I might...have to do that....
